Thank you for shopping with Star Flesh. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are subject to verification and approval before shipment.
In-stock items are typically processed within 3-7 business days after an order is placed.
Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit times.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped.
PREORDER ITEMS
Certain Star Flesh products may be offered as preorder items.
Preorder products are manufactured after orders are placed and require additional production and fulfillment time.
Estimated production and delivery timelines will be clearly displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.
By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept the estimated production and shipping timeline.
If an order contains both preorder and in-stock items, Star Flesh reserves the right to ship all items together once the preorder item becomes available.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on destination, package size, and carrier availability.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of Star Flesh's direct control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping may be available to select countries.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.
Star Flesh is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international shipping carriers.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking information will be provided once an order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Star Flesh is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at starflesh.co@gmail.com. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office.
If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us and we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
Star Flesh is not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Star Flesh is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, labor disruptions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
ORDER ISSUES
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at starflesh.co@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
