RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We strive to provide high-quality products and an excellent customer experience. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

All sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is an error on our part. By placing an order with Star Flesh, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

RETURNS

We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order only if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the item purchased.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• In the same condition that you received it
• With all original tags attached
• In its original packaging when possible
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return process and next steps.

PREORDER ITEMS

Certain Star Flesh products may be sold as preorder items.

Preorder products are manufactured based on customer demand and may require additional production and fulfillment time. Estimated timelines will be clearly displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

Preorders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, all preorder sales are final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified once production has begun.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept the stated production and fulfillment timeline.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• Your item arrives damaged
• Your item arrives defective
• You receive the wrong item
• You receive the wrong size due to an error made by Star Flesh

Please include photographs and a description of the issue so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

EXCHANGES

We understand that sizing concerns may occur.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the sizing chart provided before purchasing.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds based solely on personal sizing preference, fit preference, or ordering the wrong size are typically not eligible unless peculiar circumstances are met.

If Star Flesh ships an incorrect size, we will work with you to correct the issue.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Items returned without prior approval
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized products
• Products purchased during limited releases unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Preorder items after the cancellation window has expired

REFUNDS

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind
• Buyer's remorse
• Personal preference
• Dissatisfaction with sizing when the provided sizing chart was available
• Failure to read the product description
• Expectations that differ from information, images, measurements, or details clearly provided on the product page

Variations in color appearance, print placement, fabric texture, and other minor manufacturing variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds.

If your refund request is approved, we will notify you once we have received and inspected the item.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have additional consumer rights under applicable law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
